Q. How is cold process hair care beneficial to the skin?
The cold process method involves long-term aging without the addition of heat, which allows us to maximize the power of nature's bounty without destroying the beneficial ingredients of the vegetable fats, oils, and herbs used in our products.
Q: What ingredients do you use?
Most of our products use only plant-derived fats and oils. However, to enhance their moisturizing and skin-beautifying effects, some products contain animal-derived ingredients such as honey, horse oil, squalane (skin conditioning ingredient), and placenta (anti-aging care). Plant-based products are marked with a VEGAN mark on the product page on our website.
Q. Please tell me how to wash my face and hair.
To wash your face, lightly lather it on your skin and rinse it off within 30 seconds. It is important to thoroughly remove the lather so that no soapy ingredients remain in your pores. To shampoo, apply the soap directly to your hair soaked in warm water. Rub it in to create a fluffy lather, which you can then simply rinse off. Then apply conditioner to the ends of your hair.
Q. How long will it last? How should I store it?
Use once a day for the following period:

When storing, drain the water thoroughly after use and store in a place away from water or hot water such as a shower.
